What happens when you stop paying
Export is free and always available — during the subscription and after it: declaration PDFs, technical documentation, uploaded evidence and the file as CSV.

We do one document and we do it well. The duties below come from the same regulation but are outside our scope.
Recyclability assessment and the A/B/C grade
We do not assign an A/B/C grade.
EPR, registration numbers and reporting
We do not register or report.
Authorised representative
We are not an authorised representative.
Labelling and the product passport
We do not design Annex VIII labelling.
Training and certificates
We do not run training.
When something else is the better choice
EPR numbers in several countries, a recyclability grade to fix before 2030, hundreds of SKUs synced to an ERP over an API — somebody else does that, and does it better.
Questions about payment
What is the difference between Active and Archive?
Scope, not size. Active issues declarations, reads supplier documents and includes the assistant. Archive only keeps what you have already issued and produces it at an inspection.
Do purchased declarations expire?
No. You buy the document, not timed access. When a supplier fills a gap and you issue a new version of the same declaration, you do not pay twice.
Do I pay separately for each language?
No. Language versions of the same declaration are included in the price of the document. A customer in Germany gets it in German at no extra cost.
What happens to my declarations if I stop paying?
Export is free and always available. For 90 days after expiry you can log in and download everything; then the account is frozen and the data is deleted 90 days later.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, automatically by email right after payment. EU companies outside Poland provide their EU VAT number — we validate it against VIES and apply the reverse charge.
I would rather buy once than pay monthly. Can I?
Yes — that is Lifetime. The licence does not expire and books as a software purchase; the quote depends on the number of entities and the migration work.
