What happens when your subscription ends

A declaration is kept for years — longer than most software contracts last. So ending your payments does not cut you off from the documents you have already issued.

What changes on the day it ends#

The account switches to read-only mode. You sign in exactly as before, with the same address and password.

Still working:

• browsing the whole records: packaging, components, evidence,
• previewing and downloading every issued declaration, in every language version,
• access to the version archive with the data snapshots taken on the signing date,
• exporting documents and data — the full ZIP archive plus CSV and XLSX,
• verifying the checksums of issued files.

No longer working:

• issuing new declarations, or new versions of existing ones,
• adding or editing packaging, components and evidence,
• generating new language versions,
• the assistant and the letter generator for suppliers.

Unused documents from a pack#

Declaration packs have no expiry date. If you bought a pack of five documents, used three and moved to a subscription, then cancelled it — the remaining two are still waiting. You can use them after the subscription ends, and the account returns to edit mode for those documents while you issue them.

How to resume#

Resuming takes effect immediately: you pay for a plan and the account returns to full functionality with its whole history intact. Nothing needs importing again, because nothing was deleted.

Deleting the account#

If you want us to delete your data — rather than simply stop charging for it — write to kontakt@ppwr24.eu. Deletion is irreversible and covers declarations, evidence and records. We ask you to confirm before we carry it out, and we recommend downloading the full archive first.

Invoices and refunds#

Invoices stay available in Settings → Billing, in read-only mode too. We refund within 14 days of purchase without asking questions — one sentence to kontakt@ppwr24.eu is enough. Details in the terms.
