On this page
You create an account at demo.ppwr24.eu/rejestracja — no card, no time limit. Once you confirm your email address you land in empty records. Before you add the first packaging item, spend ten minutes on four settings that later go straight onto the document.
1. Details of the company placing packaging on the market
Open Settings → Company. Enter the entity name exactly as it stands in the register, the registered address, the tax identification number and, where it applies, the producer register number. These details appear in the header of the declaration as the identification of the company placing the packaging on the market.
The app does not verify them against any register and does not fix typos. An abbreviated legal form instead of the full one is the most common correction companies make after issuing their first document — and a correction means a new version of the declaration.
2. The person who signs
In the same section you set the first name, surname and position of the person who will sign declarations. It has to be someone authorised to make statements on behalf of the company — usually a board member, a commercial proxy or an attorney holding written authority.
3. Declaration numbering
Settings → Numbering is where you fix the prefix and the number format, for example DZ/2026/0001. By default the counter starts at one and goes up by one with every new declaration.
If your company already runs its own document register, set the prefix to match it from the very first document. The number on an issued declaration cannot be changed — a new format applies only to documents issued afterwards.
4. Document languages
Tick the languages you will issue declarations in. Polish is enabled by default; you add further versions from the eight official EU languages the app supports. Language versions of the same declaration cost nothing extra — this setting only decides which files are generated alongside the document.

5. Users
In Settings → Users you invite colleagues, if your plan includes more than one seat. There are two roles: an editor maintains the records and prepares documents, and a signer can also issue declarations. Separating the two is sometimes required by internal procedures, and it costs nothing.
Before you add the first packaging item
- Company name and address as they stand in the register
- Tax identification number and producer register number, if you have one
- First name, surname and position of the person who signs
- A numbering format agreed with your internal document register
- The languages your customers will ask for the document in
Once that is done, move on to adding packaging and splitting it into components. From there on, everything is calculated from the masses you enter.
Questions about this article
Do I have to enter company details before I can start?
No. The records, the mass balance and the gap list all work without any registration data. Company details are needed only when you issue a declaration, because they go onto the document exactly as you typed them.
Can I run several legal entities on one account?
Document packs cover one entity. The Company subscription adds up to five entities, each with its own records and its own declaration numbering.
